DANA POINT, Calif. (AP) - Dozens of firefighters battled a blaze at a Dana Point hotel for nearly an hour before dousing the flames.

Nobody was reported injured.

The Orange County Register (https://bit.ly/1ntcJ7g ) reports that several rooms at the Dana Point Harbor Inn were evacuated after the blaze broke out Tuesday night.

The fire was discovered shortly after 8 p.m. in a section of the hotel being renovated.

It took more than 80 firefighters about an hour to douse the flames.

Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Steve Concialdi says the blaze was mostly contained to two rooms.

Several other rooms sustained smoke and water damage, however.

The fire’s cause is under investigation.
