LONGMONT, Colo. (AP) - The Boulder District Attorney’s Office has filed a lawsuit seeking to have a home in Longmont declared a public nuisance.

Neighbors have been complaining about activities at the home for weeks. During a raid in December, police say they found 13 people in the house, including an infant.

According to the Longmont Times-Call (https://tinyurl.com/oouotub ), owner Silverio Nuanez was arrested last week on a warrant for failing to comply with terms and conditions of a drug possession conviction and was in the Boulder County Jail on Monday when the lawsuit was filed.
