Man shot in arm in Wilmington, Del.

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington police say a man was shot in the arm on North Lincoln Street.

Police were called about 8 a.m. Tuesday. Officers found the victim, who was taken Christiana Hospital.

Authorities say the victim is not cooperating in the investigation.
