THOMASVILLE, Ga. (AP) - A university in south Georgia is preparing to launch a business administration partnership with school in south China.
A group of faculty members from Guangzhou College of South China University of Technology are visiting Thomas University in Thomasville for two weeks to learn about the school’s business administration program.
In a statement, university officials say 13 Chinese educators arrived to begin a series of seminars on Sunday. The partnership the schools plan to launch in August will allow Chinese students to take a combination of courses from the two schools and receive a bachelor of business administration degree from Thomas University.
WALB-TV (https://bit.ly/1fV3gTw ) reports 100 students have enrolled in the program, which is scheduled to begin next fall.
