KEARNEY, Neb. (AP) - A Lincoln man has been arrested after authorities say he communicated with an undercover investigator to arrange sex with a minor.
The Nebraska State Patrol says 52-year-old Glen Ogden shared child pornography with an investigator who posed as an adult female. He then arranged a meeting to have sex with the woman’s minor child.
Ogden met up with the undercover investigator on Saturday. He was taken into custody a short time later at the parking lot of a Kearny fast food restaurant. Authorities are examining computers and other electronic devices found at Ogden’s residence.
Ogden faces a charge of attempted sexual assault of a child. He could face additional charges. Court records do not list an attorney.
The Kearney Police Department and the Buffalo County Attorney assisted in the investigation.
