BELMONT, N.H. (AP) - Police have accused a New Hampshire man of supplying some heroin that led to another man’s death.
Police in Belmont were called to the home of 32-year-old Jonathan Woodbury on Feb. 4. They found 26-year-old Michael Chamberlin of Laconia suffering from breathing distress, and he later died.
The Citizen reports (https://bit.ly/1bN6NUq) an investigation determined that Chamberlain used heroin at the residence, and that Woodbury had allegedly dispensed the drug that resulted in an overdose.
Woodbury was charged with the sale of a controlled/narcotic drug resulting in death. He was being arraigned Monday.
