GAINESVILLE, Ga. (AP) - Authorities are investigating a crash in Hall County that left five people hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
State Patrol Trooper Jonathan Munger told the Gainesville Times (https://bit.ly/1iDBWMa ) that an RV traveling north on Georgia Route 365 on Sunday hit a minivan. Munger says upon impact, an unoccupied Jeep the RV was towing became unhitched, veered down an embankment and landed in a lake.
Munger says the five people who were injured were taken to the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Munger says the person driving the minivan will be charged with failing to obey a traffic light. The driver’s name hasn’t been released.
