Rust president named to council board

HOLLY SPRINGS, Miss. (AP) - Rust College president David Beckley has been elected to the board of directors of the Council of Independent Colleges.

WTVA-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1frdeMc ) Beckley will serve a three-year term.

The council focuses on improving the quality of education among its member institutions.
