SISTERS, Ore. (AP) - Oregon State Police say two men have been killed in a nearly head-on crash on state Highway 20 west of Sisters in central Oregon.
Lt. Steve Mitchell says a westbound Acura SUV driven by a 61-year-old man from Salem crossed into the eastbound lane Friday afternoon and collided with a Toyota pickup driven by a 42-year-old man from Newberg. Both drivers suffered fatal injuries.
A female passenger in the pickup was taken to a Bend hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The victims were not immediately identified pending notification of relatives.
