Man who died of hypothermia was intoxicated

RIVERTON, Wyo. (AP) - Authorities say a man whose body was found in Riverton City Park died of hypothermia and was intoxicated at the time.

The Riverton Ranger reports (https://bit.ly/1bNRmIq ) 36-year-old Dana Eagle’s blood alcohol content was 0.27 percent when his body was found just before 9 a.m. on Dec. 22. That’s more than three times the legal limit for driving.

The death has been ruled an accident.
