FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) - It’s a sweet weekend in Fairfax.

Saturday is the start of the annual two-day “Chocolate Lovers Festival” in the city. The festival includes a “chocolate challenge” where professionals and amateurs display their chocolate creations, and visitors can vote on their favorites. There’s also a “taste of chocolate” taking place at Old Town Hall where area confectioners display their goods.

On Saturday, there’s a “Chocolate Lovers Pancake Breakfast” from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and a screening of “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” taking place at a local community center.
