BOISE, Idaho (AP) - Two northern Idaho men have been charged in connection with a string of ATM break-ins and a shootout with police.

Nathan Paul Davenport and Matthew Taber Annable were indicted Wednesday by a federal grand jury.

They are accused of stealing cash from ATMs in Wyoming, Colorado, Utah and Idaho.

After a breaking into an ATM in McCall, Idaho in January, the pair shot at pursuing police officers with a semi-automatic rifle, according to the indictment.

Davenport and Annable were arrested a few days later in Utah.

They face charges of bank larceny, conspiracy and use of a deadly weapon during a felony offense.
