ROANOKE, Va. (AP) - State alcohol regulators are looking into allegations that male strippers performed at a Roanoke restaurant and nightclub.

State law forbids any “striptease act” on the premises of establishments licensed by the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

The Roanoke Times (https://bit.ly/1iu4S7M) reports that the allegations involve a male strip show that allegedly occurred on March 28. According to court affidavits, an ABC agent received an anonymous complaint.

Club owner Stephen Rosenoff acknowledged that Virginia ABC was looking into the “Men from Las Vegas” show, but declined to comment further.
