OXFORD, Miss. (AP) - Some students in the Oxford school district will be asked to take a survey on the quality of the learning environment at their schools.
Authorities tell WTVA-TV (https://bit.ly/Oz4iw9 ) that participation by the district’s sixth, eighth and 10th graders will be voluntary.
The survey, called the Pride Survey, asks questions based on teacher-student relationships, school safety, student engagement, bullying and drug and alcohol use. Responses are to be submitted anonymously.
District officials say parents can view a copy of the survey at the principal’s office of their child’s school.
