MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va. (AP) - Moundsville police say the death of a woman who fell from a third-floor balcony has been ruled as an accident.
The incident occurred Monday afternoon at an apartment complex.
Sgt. Don Dewitt tells WTOV-TV (https://bit.ly/1kGyWOV ) that 63-year-old Kay L. McCracken was cleaning when she fell from the balcony.
McCracken was pronounced dead at Reynolds Memorial Hospital.
