PALOUSE, Wash. (AP) - A bar that opened Monday in the city of Palouse has been destroyed by fire.

Fire broke out about 4 a.m. Tuesday in the century-old building that housed the Brick Wall Bar & Grill, formerly known as the Palouse Tavern.

KXLY reports (https://bit.ly/1g40zhC) the brick walls have collapsed.



Firefighters from Pullman and Whitman County districts were called in to assist the Palouse Fire Department.
