KELSO, Wash. (AP) - The Kelso School Board decided last month to spend $310,000 dollars for a new running track around the field at Kelso High School.

The normal track material is red, so on Monday the board voted to spend an extra $20,000 for a blue track to match a school color.

The Daily News reports (https://bit.ly/1ir0tBq ) donations are expected to raise the extra money for the blue track.
