BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - Birmingham police say a woman has been arrested in the shooting death of a beauty supply store owner.

Authorities say 25-year-old Bianca Holman is charged with murder in the death of 63-year-old Chaya Anders, who was found dead in her store after a concerned customer called police Saturday morning. Authorities have said the customer saw Anders’ car outside, but the store was closed when it should have been open.

Police say witnesses also identified Holman as the suspect in a robbery at a nearby store.



Holman is being held without bond on the capital murder charges, and is being held on $150,000 bond on the robbery charge. It’s unclear If she has an attorney.
