VALLEY CITY, N.D. (AP) - A tanker truck hauling corn syrup on Interstate 94 left a mess when it sprung a leak near Valley City.

The Highway Patrol says the stainless steel tank cracked, causing syrup to spill along the roadway on Sunday

KFGO radio reports (https://bit.ly/1h78bEr ) that fire crews spent several hours hosing down the pavement to get rid of the sticky material.
