DETROIT (AP) - Police say a man and woman have been found apparently fatally shot inside an apartment on the city’s east side.
WWJ-AM and The Detroit News report the bodies were found Monday morning after a friend went to check on the man and his girlfriend. Sgt. Mike Woody says the friend hadn’t heard from the man since Friday and forced his way into the apartment.
Police say the man and woman who died were 26 years old. Names weren’t immediately released. The deaths are under investigation.
