WELCH, W.Va. (AP) - The McDowell County Economic Development Authority is seeking proposals for a project to address a lack of housing in the county.
The Stoneridge Housing Development will be located on about 13 acres.
Authority director Penni Adams tells the Bluefield Daily Telegraph (https://bit.ly/1jnv46h ) that the development will be a mixture of townhouses and single-family homes available for rent or sale.
Adams says there’s no time frame for the project’s completion.
Proposals will be accepted through April 30.
