LISBON, Maine (AP) - The Maine fire Marshal’s Office has charged a Lisbon man with setting fire to his house.

Investigators charged 41-year-old Michael Hersom with arson after the fire damaged his home on Sunday morning.

Police said Hersom, who was recently released from jail on an unrelated charge, got into an argument with his wife, who left with many of her belongings.

Hersom is accused of setting fire to his wife’s remaining belongings in the bedroom.
