FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A Fargo woman has been charged with manslaughter in the death of her boyfriend.

Twenty-one-year-old Olivia Anderson on Monday was also charged with one count of reporting false information to law enforcement with the intent to falsely implicate another person.

KFGO-AM (https://bit.ly/1lM5Ly9 ) reports prosecutors say 22-year-old Dyraughn Rutues jumped on the hood of a car during an argument with Anderson and hung on for a block until his girlfriend slammed on the brakes.

The prosecution says Rutues fell off the hood and hit his head on the pavement.

The station reports Anderson is facing the false information charge because she initially told law enforcement that she didn’t know what had happened to Rutues.
