EWING, Mo. (AP) - All but one of the more than two dozen children injured in a northeast Missouri school bus accident last week are now out of the hospital.
A bus carrying students from Highland Elementary and Highland High School overturned in a ditch on April 1, injuring about 30 students. Six students were initially hospitalized - five at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill., and one at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
WGEM-TV (https://bit.ly/1g0KYj7 ) reports that all of the children hospitalized in Quincy have been released. One student is still being treated at St. Louis Children’s, and is in satisfactory condition.
