REDFIELD, Ark. (AP) - Authorities say two people were killed and four others injured in a fatal crash on Interstate 530 in Jefferson County.

According to Arkansas State Police, the wreck happened early Sunday near mile marker 20. A preliminary report says a car rear-ended an SUV driven by 48-year-old Christopher Perry of Warren. Perry’s SUV went off the road, overturned and struck a tree.

The car struck a cable barrier and caught fire.



Perry was killed in the wreck, along with a passenger, 15-year-old Hannah Henry of Warren. Four people were injured in the collision, including the driver of the car that struck Perry’s SUV.
