GREGORY, S.D. (AP) - A Gregory man accused of killing his infant son by shaking him has pleaded not guilty to several charges including murder.
Twenty-year-old Adam Bruns is charged in the Feb. 25 death of 3-month-old Levi Bruns. He would face a mandatory life prison sentence if convicted of second-degree murder.
The Daily Republic reports (https://bit.ly/QKVk0W) that he also faces alternate counts of manslaughter, aggravated assault and child abuse.
