TEMPLE, Texas (AP) - Another victim of this week’s Fort Hood shooting rampage is out of the hospital.
The Friday discharge from Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple leaves three people critically wounded during the incident now in fair condition at Scott & White.
A hospital statement Friday afternoon says the remaining three patients are expected to remain at Scott & White “for the next several days.”
Wednesday’s shooting spree has been blamed on Spc. Ivan (ee-VAHN’) Lopez, who fatally shot himself after killing three people and wounding 16 others.
Post officials say the Army truck driver from Puerto Rico underwent treatment for depression and anxiety and was being evaluated for post-traumatic stress disorder.
