KEENE, N.H. (AP) - One hundred students from across New Hampshire are competing in the state-level part of the National Geographic Bee.

The contest is taking place Friday afternoon at Keene State College.

The winner will represent the state in the national competition May 19-21 in Washington, D.C., with a $50,000 college scholarship at stake.



Neelam Sandhu of Bedford, N.H., competed in the finals last year.
