ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) - Three men accused of killing three people in a Rochester apartment shooting rampage have been arraigned on murder charges.
Assistant District Attorney Kelly Wolford says a City Court judge entered not guilty pleas on Wednesday for 34-year-old Marlando Allen, 21-year-old Steve Fulcott, and 33-year-old Andre McFarlane. Allen and Fulcott face three counts of first-degree murder. McFarlane faces one count of first-degree murder.
The victims were Michael Nelson and Jacquelyn Simmons, both 24, and 21-year-old Jermeliah Simmons. Their bodies were found Feb. 24 in the apartment, two days after the attack.
All three suspects are being held without bail in Monroe County Jail and are due back in court on Monday.
The suspects and two other men are also facing felony drug and weapons charges.
