PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - State Police say a 42-year-old Grants Pass man accused of driving the wrong way into a fatal collision has been arrested on manslaughter and drunken driving charges.

The crash on March 27 killed 58-year-old Karen Lee Greenstein of Ashland.

She’d been returning home on Interstate 5 near Medford from her job as an emergency dispatcher.

Police said Richard Webster Scott was driving north in the southbound lane, and his vehicle collided head-on with Greenstein’s.
