RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Travelers from several Virginia airports can now take nonstop flights to New York’s LaGuardia Airport.
American Airlines debuted the daily flights this week between LaGuardia and airports in Charlottesville, Norfolk, Richmond and Roanoke.
It marked the return of American to Roanoke for the first time since the mid-1990s, when the airport offered service to Raleigh-Durham, N.C.
