TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities have identified a man who was fatally shot in a supermarket parking lot in Tucson last weekend.
Tucson police say the victim was 36-year-old Tomas E. Tovar.
He was found shot about 10 p.m. Saturday outside the Food City near South Campbell Avenue.
Officers responded to a shots fired call and say they found Tovar with obvious signs of gunshot trauma.
They administered first aid until Tucson Fire Department paramedics arrived.
Tovar was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say they are still looking for suspects in the homicide investigation.
