TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities have identified a man who was fatally shot in a supermarket parking lot in Tucson last weekend.

Tucson police say the victim was 36-year-old Tomas E. Tovar.

He was found shot about 10 p.m. Saturday outside the Food City near South Campbell Avenue.

Officers responded to a shots fired call and say they found Tovar with obvious signs of gunshot trauma.

They administered first aid until Tucson Fire Department paramedics arrived.

Tovar was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police say they are still looking for suspects in the homicide investigation.
