TAHLEQUAH, Okla. (AP) - Northeastern State University is holding a groundbreaking ceremony this week for a new student housing project.

The four-story residence hall will have about 344 beds. The housing will include energy-efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning as well as tankless hot water systems.

The groundbreaking event is scheduled for Friday at 2 p.m.
