WILLIAMSPORT, Md. (AP) - The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says a Hagerstown man was killed when the SUV he was driving rolled over near Williamsport.
It happened about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday on Sterling Road. Deputies say 39-year-old Donele Lynn Bowens was driving south when his SUV left the road, traveled through some yards and landed on its roof.
