I have three questions regarding the Donald Sterling flap (“LeBron James: ’No room for Donald Sterling in NBA,’” Web, April 26). First, who recorded this man’s private conversation, presumably without his knowledge or permission? Second, why has this person not been arrested, since recording someone without his or her knowledge is a crime in California? Finally, how is this less egregious than what the National Security Agency did?
