Students injured when school bus, car collide

BETTENDORF, Iowa (AP) - Police say more than a dozen students were taken to hospitals after a school bus and car collided in Bettendorf.

The Quad-City Times reports (https://bit.ly/1mSy7XR ) the crashed happened Monday afternoon and that 13 Bettendorf Middle School students and two people in the car were taken to hospitals. There conditions weren’t immediately available.

There were about 30 students on the bus.

Bettendorf police, firefighters and medics responded to the crash.
