SNOQUALMIE PASS, Wash. (AP) - A skier injured in an avalanche Sunday near Snoqualmie Pass has been carried out and taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
Rescuer had to hike in and rescue the skier by ground overnight, because weather prevented a helicopter rescue.
The skier reportedly suffered two broken legs in the backcountry near Alpental.
