TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - An Ohio man is dead after being struck by a train.

WTOL-TV in Toledo reports (bit.ly/1pG44EV ) that 29-year-old Daniel Vincent Haley, of Oak Harbor, was struck and killed around 6 a.m. Saturday.

The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office says Haley was on the railroad track just south of the Portage River when the accident happened. He was struck by a Norfolk and Southern train headed southbound.
