O’FALLON, Ill. (AP) - The owner of a southwestern Illinois martial arts school is accused of sexually attacking a teenage student.
Prosecutors in St. Clair County have charged 32-year-old Tony Harris Jr. of Mascoutah with three counts of criminal sexual assault.
Authorities say the alleged 15-year-old victim was a student of Harris’ at the Invicta Martial Arts Academy in O’Fallon.
Harris does not have a listed home telephone number and could not be reached for comment Sunday. Online court records do not show whether he has an attorney.
Harris’ bond was set at $300,000.
