LAUREL, Del. (AP) - The Delaware State Fire Marshal’s office is investigating a fire that severely damaged a vacant structure in Laurel.

Officials say the fire broke out about 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of East 6th Street. Firefighters from Delmar, Sharptown, Blades, Georgetown and Gumboro assisted the Laurel Fire Department.

No injuries were reported in the blaze.



Damage is estimated at $200,000.
