NEW ORLEANS (AP) - New Orleans police say two people were killed and three wounded over about eight hours late Saturday and Sunday morning.

Officer Frank Robertson says the first of three shootings was just before midnight Saturday. He says it hospitalized two males who were reported in stable condition. He did not have other details.

Robertson says a 17-year-old boy was killed and a 15-year-old girl and an 18-year-old woman were injured just after midnight at an “unlicensed teen club.” He says the 15-year-old was grazed and the 18-year-old was hit in an ankle. He says the boy was shot more than once.

And about 8 a.m., officers answering a call about a “man down” found a dead man who had been shot multiple times. Police did not know his name.
