BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - Public safety officials have reopened a section of Boulder Creek to swimmers, kayakers and tubers after crews removed potentially dangerous flood debris in the area.
The Daily Camera reports (https://bit.ly/RVjjLw ) the creek west of Broadway was opened Friday. The waterway east of Broadway to Boulder’s city limits will remain closed until it is deemed safe.
Officials closed the creek Tuesday amid concerns about hazards from debris and construction equipment.
