YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) - In stories Nov. 22, Nov. 25, March 7 and March 22 about a forced-labor case in northeast Ohio, The Associated Press, relying on information from prosecutors, erroneously reported the number of charges to which Dezerah Silsby pleaded guilty. It was two counts, not four. She pleaded guilty to a conspiracy count and a count of acquiring controlled substances by deception. A forced-labor charge and a charge alleging theft of government benefits were dismissed under a plea deal.
