NEW YORK (AP) - Police have identified a 9-year-old Bronx boy who was found unconscious on top of scaffolding outside the 30-story residential building where he lived.
Police say the boy, Sidy Fofana, was pronounced dead at the scene at 20 Richmond Plaza in Morris Heights. It happened just after 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Police did not say how he came to be on the scaffolding.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
