NEW YORK (AP) - In a story April 21 about Tudor City opening some apartments to tours, The Associated Press erroneously reported the day of the event. It is scheduled for Saturday, not Sunday.
A corrected version of the story is below:
Tudor City offers tour for the first time
Exclusive Tudor City apartment complex offers tour for the first time
The exclusive Tudor City apartment complex near the United Nations will for the first time open some of its doors for tours to outsiders.
The Daily News (https://nydn.us/1mreV0C ) says the tour is scheduled for Saturday. It will offer a look at 10 apartments, including a micro-studio and a 3-bedroom penthouse with a wraparound terrace.
The tour includes the homes of interior design writer Michele Keith and architect James Taylor.
The tour is being held to raise money to support two landmarked parks within Tudor City. They are privately run but open to the public.
Tudor City Greens Vice President Christopher Sale says everyone who lives in Tudor City realizes what a special place it is.
Tour tickets are $45 per person or $75 for two.
