EDMOND, Okla. (AP) - Police say the car of a missing 16-year-old Piedmont girl has been found in Edmond.

Edmond police told The Oklahoman (https://bit.ly/1gPjygg ) that the car belonging to Anne Josette Hill was recognized by a resident based on a flier in the area.

Hill was last seen April 11 in the north Oklahoma City and Edmond area. Oklahoma City police Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said Tuesday that there have been few tips about Hill’s whereabouts and that the last person known to have seen her said he didn’t know where she was going or whom she was with.

Police say Hill’s mother told officers that her daughter was unhappy that she was not being allowed to stay out late with friends.
