Woman shot in foot in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington Police say a woman was shot while standing in the street.

It happened about 6:50 p.m. Sunday. Officers say a 50-year-old woman heard gunfire and was struck in the foot.

She was taken to a local hospital.
