MESA, Ariz. (AP) - Police are investigating the deaths of a woman and a 12-year-old girl whose bodies were found inside a Mesa home.
Police Sgt. Tony Landato tells KNXV-TV (https://bit.ly/1nDzYx9) that officers responded to the home Monday afternoon after getting a 911 call from a man who found the 45-year-old woman and the girl.
The area was cordoned off and there were numerous police vehicles at the home for much of the afternoon and evening.
Landato says police are not actively looking for any suspects. He did not release any more details, and the names of the woman and girl have yet to be released.
