NEW YORK (AP) - The NYPD says two men were stabbed, one fatally, outside a fast-food restaurant in Coney Island.

It happened Sunday night outside a McDonald’s at the corner of Stillwell and Mermaid avenues.

Police say the two men were stabbed after a dispute between two groups inside the restaurant spilled out into the street.

Responding officers found a 20-year-old man with a stab wound to the abdomen. He was transported to a hospital where he later died.

A second victim had a stab wound to the lower back. He also was taken to the hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

There were no immediate arrests.
