UTAH COUNTY, Utah (AP) - Police say speed may have been a factor in a rollover crash near Utah Lake that sent two young men to the hospital.

Utah Highway Patrol officials say the car crashed about 5:30 p.m. Sunday near the junction of Redwood Road and Route 68.

Authorities say the white Saturn veered off the highway, broke through a fence and rolled multiple times.

A 22-year-old passenger was thrown from the car. Emergency workers found him in critical condition and flew him to the hospital.

An ambulance brought the 23-year-old driver to the hospital.

Police say the passenger was not wearing a seat belt.

Officials tell KSL-TV (https://bit.ly/1lw6vE1) neither drugs nor alcohol appear to be factors in the crash.

Police have not yet released the names of the two men.
